Reservations and Arrivals:

  • Is it necessary to reserve in advance?

Yes, reservations are strongly recommended, especially during peak season (July-August).

  • What are the arrival and departure times?

For rentals: Arrival from 3:30 PM; Departure between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
For campsites: Check-in from 2:30 p.m.; Check-out before 12:00 p.m.

  • Do you accept late arrivals?

Yes, upon prior request. Please notify the reception desk.

  • Is a deposit required when booking?

Yes, a 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.

Accommodation and Pitches:

  • What types of accommodation do you offer?

We offer mobile homes, chalets, and pitches for tents, caravans, motorhomes, and campervans.

  • Is the accommodation equipped with crockery?

Yes, all our rental accommodation is fully equipped.

  • Is there a TV in the accommodation?

Yes, our rental accommodation is equipped with a TV, which is included in the rental price.

  • Are sheets and towels provided?

We provide duvets and pillows on the mattresses, however, guests are responsible for bringing their own bed linen and towels.

  • Is a deposit required?

Pitches: A deposit of €20 will be required for the access badge.

Rental accommodation: A deposit of €330 will be required on arrival, which includes €250 for damage and €80 for cleaning if it is unsatisfactory on departure.

Deposits will be requested, either by check or cash.

  • Can we choose our pitch?

It is entirely possible to choose your pitch, subject to availability. In this case, please contact us on 02 40 82 34 57.

  • Is it possible to add a tent to a rental pitch?

No, it is not permitted to add a tent to a rental pitch. In this case, you must reserve a bare pitch. If you would like to be next to or close to each other, please contact reception so that we can best accommodate your request.

  • Are all rentals equipped with air conditioning?

None of our rentals offer air conditioning. However, all our rentals are equipped with a semi-covered terrace, which provides shade.

Services and Facilities:

  • Are there sanitary facilities on the campsite?

Yes, sanitary blocks are available. We have a laundry room, a dishwashing area, and a block with shower cubicles, toilets, and sinks.

  • Is Wi-Fi free?

Yes, Wi-Fi is free near the reception area.

  • Is there a swimming pool?

Yes, the campsite has a swimming pool that is open from May 15 to September 15 and heated to 28°C.

  • Is there a lifeguard at the swimming pool?

No, it is the responsibility of parents to supervise their children. In case of a problem, please inform the reception desk or staff as soon as possible.

Pets:

  • Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed provided they are kept on a leash and their vaccination records are up to date.
Cats are not allowed in rental accommodation.

  • Is there an extra charge for pets?

Yes, there is an extra charge of €5 per pet per day.


Activities and children:

  • Are there any activities?

Yes, entertainment such as karaoke nights, dance parties, pool parties, pétanque competitions, etc. are offered during the high season (July and August) for young and old alike.

  • Is the campsite suitable for children?

Yes, between the large play structure, the swimming pool, and the entertainment, children have plenty of options for fun.


Food and shops:

  • Is there a restaurant or snack bar?

Yes, we have a restaurant that is open during high season (July and August).

  • Is there a bar ?

Yes, we have a bar that is open from June 15 to September 15 and on certain public holidays.

  • Is there a grocery store on site?

No, there is no grocery store. However, there is a supermarket 1 km from the campsite.


Payment and Settlement:

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, vacation vouchers, and checks. We do not accept connected vacation vouchers.

Activities and Children:

  • Are there any activities?

Yes, activities such as karaoke nights, dance parties, pool parties, contests, etc.

Cancellation and Rules:

  • What is the cancellation policy?

Any cancellation made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will not be refunded. No refunds will be given for shortened stays.

  • Is the campsite quiet at night?

Yes, the campsite has a reputation for being quiet and silence is requested after a certain time for the comfort of all. During high season, some guests may not respect this rule. In this case, please inform reception as soon as possible.
